What are the delivery charges?

Delivery within Thimphu Dzongkhag is free of cost. For all other Dzongkhags a flat delivery charge of Nu. 500 applies per order. The applicable charge is shown at checkout once you select your Dzongkhag, before you place the order.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

We get our consignment from our suppliers weekly. It is possible that our consigment might get delayed due to unforeseen factors like flight delay, shipping issues etc. In those circumstances customers can always contact us in facebook, instagram or whatsapp to get update.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax etc) on items sold on ispot.store??

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on ispot.store. List prices are final and all-inclusive; the only addition is the delivery charge for orders outside Thimphu, shown at checkout.
